The DigiBox return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to process a return or exchange for any purchase exceeding 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in brand new condition, and contained in the original packaging with all accompanying literature and peripherals.
Please note that all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:
- Downloadable software products
- Foot pedals
To complete your return, we require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Please contact DigiBox with your receipt or proof of purchase to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your equipment.
You can obtain an RMA either through e-mail by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-800-724-2930.
Any equipment returned without a valid RMA number will be shipped back at your expense.
Items which fall under the following will not be approved for a refund or exchange:
- Equipment with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. The applicable 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount credited to your method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by phone at
1-800-724-2930 to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
